Three outstanding publications have been selected to feature as Publication of the Month for December 2020:
- Specific absorbed fractions for a revised series of the UF/NCI pediatric reference phantoms: internal photon sources, was co-authored by Dr. BC Schwarz, assistant professor of Medical Physics, and was published in Physics in Medicine and Biology.
- Arnold-Chiari malformation: an uncommon etiology for a brief resolved, unexplained event in an infant, was co-authored by Dr. Dhanashree Rajderkar, associate professor and division chief of Pediatric Radiology, and was published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine.
- Analysis of dynamic hepatobiliary contrast-enhanced MRI signal intensity after Yttrium-90 radioembolization with glass microspheres for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma, was co-authored by Drs. Brian Geller and Joseph Grajo, assistant professor of VIR and associate professor and chair of Abdominal Imaging respectively, and was published in Abdominal Radiology.
