Why Radiology?
I chose radiology because of the cutting edge interventions, cerebral and procedural nature of the specialty, and the opportunity to assist colleagues in making diagnoses and treating patients on a daily basis.
Why UF?
UF stood out because of the young and engaging faculty I met on my interview day. I knew I wanted to train somewhere that was a tertiary referral center with complex cases, level 1 trauma, and an active transplant program. UF checked all of those boxes and has a reputation of preparing trainees for the rigors of independent practice.
Interests/Hobbies:
From a career perspective, I am interested in interventional radiology. When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking, homebrewing, cycling, and SCUBA diving.
